the only way I knew the woman behind the counter was as a receptionist -- after reading the yelp reviews pre her attacking a patient -- me she has quite a lot of critics. At some point after the attack maybe after HIP Emblem made a call to the office about how to treat a patient the abuse stopped including shockingly stupid patients trying to defend the indefensible. You learn how NYPD contribute to hate crimes and encourage violence, abuse of power as they joined in and took over continuing Delita Hooks abuse which started with yelling at me I had no rights. Det Vergona yelled at me You are going to drop those charges or I am going to arrest you.
I spoke to someone who works at an org that specialize in hate and even has family in law enforcement and he said that I was clearly a victim of a hate crime, he agreed with me, at the doctors office and regarding the police and how they treated me. There's no doubt the NYPD were bias against me they threatenedme coerced (coercion is a crime) me and there are serious injuries to my eye -- damage to eye and neck is permanent.
Dr Fagelman did not even ask via my MD Dr Vine was I ok?

I looked beautiful that day and I felt happy. Note the amount of bags I was holding and one quite heavy with an iPad in the larger bag and I didn't know if she was going to rob me so I held on to my bags as she got away with a hate crime.
Lucky for Dr Fagelman that Delita Hooks was not arrested since he did not fire her.
He never even asked me MD Dr Vine if I was okay. All he did is allow Delita Hooks to go back to her long closed off reception desk where she is still sitting.

Did Dr Andrew Fagelman learn this kind of violence is okay at Buffalo Medical school?
The video proves Delita Hooks is an unprofessional violent liar. Ask Dr Andrew Fagelman why
he did not fire her and why she was confident she could walk in to the First Precinct and commit yet
another crime a false cross complaint which proves she is a liar. I was told all the women in the video lied about me along with Delita Hooks and I believe it since none asked if I was okay and my eye was bleeding from a running punch to my eye, she than grabbed my hair and tried to kick me repeatedly as I held my bags my arm numb from two injections.
The NYPD made arrest over this beautiful tragic cat but the NYPD threatened me like
they got VIAGRA from Dr Fagelman and it also felt like they were retaliating against me
for being an activist.
I was hurt way worse than the cat and Delita Hooks lied in a medical report I left a bruise on her left thigh. I never made contact with her left thigh as she insanely attacked me repeatedly violating my patient rights and body.
Delita Hooks came out from behind a long closed off desk to continue violating my rights.
Hitting a medical patient is like hitting a person in church said one man to me.
Before I was attacked - note all the bags and FYI my arm was numb with 2 injections in my elbow as well as I held my phone as she repeatedly attacked me.
The long closed off desk that Delita Hooks some call her "Delite" one person called her Delita Hooker came out from behind to continue her unprofessional violent tirade.
Needless to say I have heard every variation on her name first when I called from the police Station and asked Dr Vine's receptionist what is the name of the woman that attacked me and I was told her name Delite. Pretty disturbing.
Did Dr Vine's receptionist also violate my patient rights tipping off my attacker Delita Hooks who sits next to her?
When I could not get help I started to film.
Delita Hooks could have closed the door but I had no where to go as all the doors in the hallway are locked and she has to Dr Jeklyl Mr Hyde and in my option Dr Andrew Fagelman not what he appears to be at all. He is not a nice man or an ethical MD in my opinion.
