We are looking for information on Delita Hooks and Dr Andrew Fagelman -- especially prior to Sept 2012 about her temper, anger management problems.   I don't believe it is the first time a police department sealed criminal action by Delita Hooks in my opinion.

When Dr Andrew Fagelman was questioned by my private investigator he did not ask if I was okay.  I have a hole in my retina from the attack, massive amount of floaters from her grabbing me by the hair and repeatedly yanking my neck.    Dr Andrew Fagelman stated I was not his patient.  He did not care that it was his office and his employee repeatedly violated my patient rights and than my body.

Hip emblem was extraordinary today,  this amazing young woman, such a beautiful person good soul and also an amazingly dedicated gentleman from the marketing department joined us via the phone and worked together to help me get more extensive cover upgrading my health plan for February.    I tried on my own several times and wasn't able to do it but with their excellent help I got what I most wanted this holiday season better coverage!!!

I am not in the Obama care plan but off the market and got my original healthcare directly through direct HIP Emblem via their website.   It turned out the options to upgrade via pop ups were not showing  based on the search engines we used we could not see the pop ups.   Problem solved with their tenacity , dedication and support.  

HIP Emblem Chinatown's office in my opinion is the smartest,  the best and the kindest office, two years in a row, Chinatown HIP Emblem Health habe been outstanding and I'm so grateful!!!!!

ps China Town's HIP last week also helped me change my address telling me there are 2 portals after I tried changing via HIPS 800 number for 6 months proving consistently the best HIP Emblem office!!!

This healthy high end gourmet eatery opened 5 days ago and is delicious.  

Their yogurt is homemade and out of this world delicious made here in NY -- see photo of glass windows in back --  hint at process minus the grass fed cows.  The yogurt is extra thick...yummy especially with splendid toppings.  

I was given a sample with Rose Petals Preserves, yogurt and cookies and I ordered Greek salad which has no lettuce and rice pudding overall...outstanding!!!   I bought cookies from Crete that are quietly delicious healthy so not over the top sweet.   

Best new discovery.    I hear the coffee is outstanding and is roasted in Manattan at Intellegenci but I can't drink coffee.

This TV show is hilarious they are in New York City and then meet with Patrick and golf out on the streets it's hilarious and very touching the diverse group of New Yorkers and you even seen NYPD car drive-by but you only see beautiful humanity that was in New York City I love that for now seems gone.

Note from Suzannah:  Deeply touching.   Before I filmed Giuseppe Logan I filmed Patrick.  My youtube series on GL made to records in the 1960s and then crashed and burned has been written about in "Signal to Noise" only publication to truly knowledge my work, NYTimes beautiful photo of Giuseppi and me and briefs mentions my YouTube documentary...very moving to know my YouTubes of Patrick seen around the world and got him a TV show that really was humorous and fun and respectful of him.  

Patrick has really exceptional beautiful humanity even the NYPD mostly are nice to him and he is nice to every person.  He is a beautiful soul no I hope to get him highlighted for his humor intelligence and then usual gifts to touch people to make them smile is just wonderful.  I love his photos for now they're packed away because my space is so small along with my artwork.  

Dr Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St did not fire his violent lying  employee Delita Hooks after she did a running punched my head and the NYPD threatened me they would meet with me in person it was verbal violence over the phone and threats of false imprisonment with the bloody damage retina in my eye and cervical damage -- I was later to find out it wasn't just 2 sets  of police detectives but it was systematic corruption including internal Affairs and the police Commissioner. I receive some anonymous comments you liberal you got what you deserve but when I get an email like this reminds me of the beautiful humanity good humanity.  How couldn't evil little man like Dr Fagelman part of such terrible damage to a human being not only to my eye  and my neck but when he asked the NYPD and I believe that he did for fixing favors he destroyed any and all respect I had for the NYPD and I had written letters on behalf of NYPD about 18 of been published and papers to my jacket which has police patches and fire patches the 9/11 museum all that would be destroyed because of Dr. Fagelman  and NYPD IAB DA 3 ADAs that acted with malice cruelty lack of humanity and the goal to violate my constitutional rights treating me like a Jew in the Early Stages of Nazi Germany.  

Patrick is one of an overwhelmingly large group of People of Color agree which she did to me was wrong was no need to touch me actually every decent human being agrees that just a few twisted sickos including wealthy white patients came to harass me inflict  more suffering on me in my eye has to be checked twice a year rest of my life because she made a hole in my retina and now macular pucker her and she created an abundance of floaters in both eyes when she grab my hair and try to pull me down the hall.  She is a pathological liar who join the police of mine and police reports thinking I would never get a copy.
